Court-ordered assessments for the Third Judicial Circuit can be handled multiple ways: in-person, online, by mail or by phone.

For all forms of payment, the court accepts the following:

• Pay Location Code (PLC): 5443 (Adult Criminal Cases only)
• Payment amount
• Defendant’s Full Name
• Case Number
• Defendant’s Date of Birth

• Send CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER payable to Wayne County Clerk
• Include your name, address, case number and CTN number on your payment.
